“I was super disappointed with this trip. I heard nothing but good things about this resort. But, the service was by far the most disappointing thing. At dinner the buffet was a 2/10. The buffet food was not tasty and not Hot ever. The restaurant’s are fantastic but if you aren’t a premium member you can’t reserve every night for dinner. Also at dinner, they would come ask for your drink order after you were done eating. Multiple days i asked for a drink and the reply I got was “sorry we don’t have that” what am I paying for if you don’t have it? We asked for towels in our room multiple times and they would show up in our room hours later and sometimes wouldn’t get them at all. The activities on the resort are fun and the lounges and bars are good. The pools and beaches are also great. Would I ever come back for the price I paid ? No way. I would come back for half the price if that. Total trip 5/10….”
