“I don't get the bad reviews, but maybe I had the best room somehow? It was a standard room with a queen bed, and it surpassed expectations. Windows on two sides with blackout curtains that worked. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean and, while not brand new, everything was in good shape. All employees were friendly and helpful. I was sorry to leave and would definitely stay there again.”

“NO air conditioning. The hotel had shut the A/C off as they said that it was in between seasons.
Guests were not notified ahead of time.
Had we known we would have gone elsewhere.
The hotel is run down and definitely not 3 or 4 stars
I have attempted to contact the hotel manager, via visiting the front desk,, leaving written messages, and phone messages since May 14, 2021. I have not received one contact back.
I am trying to reach a manager for a refund as I booked through a 3rd party and they require documentation. The management will not return my contacts.”
