“No hot water, reported to reception 10.30am and again around 4pm. At 5pm somebody finally came to look at it, needed a new boiler which they started to fit, went out for dinner just after 6 when we got back at 8.30 still no hot water, bathroom a mess anda still not able to be used and no sign of anybody working on it. Went down to reception they said it would be fixed 30mins. It's now 9.35pm we still don't have a functioning bathroom and nobody is really telling us what's going on, very frustrating when you are on holiday and the kids just want to go to bed. All this after our 1st night when we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and we where served the wrong drinks and then the wrong meal and then had to wait nearly 30mins for the replacement to arrive. Not a great start at all, certainly won't be coming back here or recommending it.”
