“After more than 1h the receptionist could not make the proper invoices for 3 rooms. And during checking we already provided the company details. We had to leave as we were going to miss our flight. Then we got the invoice by email and of course is wrong. Top of the cake we didn't get any nights or points on our Marriot account. We contacted different staff at reception and after 2 weeks we still waiting for a proper invoice. Is it possible to be more incompetent?”
