Older style Residence Inn property and fairly basic, but extraordinarily friendly staff both at reception and breakfast. Pool well-maintained. Gym could use more frequent housekeeping.

Although we didnt get our room until around 4:40pm (they were short staffed), check in was smooth with Chris. Chris was nice and friendly and worked with us to get a decent room. This is a 3 star property with nice grounds, good location, the hotel was quiet and our room was comfortable. We were content as we were tired. The next day we asked Evie at the front desk if we could be moved because we were staying for a few nights and when the folks above us arrived, they were loud (stomping mostly). Evie was so accommodating and located a different room. We ended up not moving when we learned the folks above us were checking out. Evie alao went out of her way in helping us out with a couple of other small issues. We really appreciated her help and positive attitude (she was attending to several different things at one time). It's always great when folks take an extra step to help. Thank you Evie. My only suggestion for the hotel is that someone should go to all the rooms annually and do an inventory check. For instance, our room only had one wine glass (a few other items were also missing). If toasters are ever replaced please purchase wide slot. Our bread wouldn't fit for our lunch sandwiches. There are two tennis courts and a swimming pool. We never had a chance to use but others seemed to enjoy them. We are platinum level with Marriott and travel extensively so we have some experience. All in all, we had a great trip!

Rooms were great! Was able to cook and relax. Although a lot of the kitchen utensils were missing they quickly supplied them

Bad experience. We arrived and room had not been adequately cleaned, and furniture was not in acceptable condition for a hotel. Friendly staff was nice enough to swap out chairs that were tattered. We left the room at some point and came back to our air system being off. In California heat. Just spend the extra money and stay at the shadow ridge down the road. Don't waste your time.

The room was perfect for our needs. The air conditioning worked perfect and the room was clean and beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was good. I especially liked they had my favorite Chobani Yogurt.

Stayed 7 nights and we wanted a hotel we could relax a few days and also explore some of the area, this worked out perfect. King Suite with full Kitchen and a balcony overlooking the Golf...

Have stayed at so many hotels across the country and this is by far one of the best. I like to point out everything a hotel has to offer, good or bad, so the next traveler coming through knows what...

I have stayed here many times. It's a really nice hotel. Rooms are large. Some looked over the golf course. Staff is always very nice and helpful. Wish Marriott would invest in some more modern...

This place is back in the dark ages! They don’t have Apple Pay, the washing machine still take quarters, they keep hiding the recycling bins by the breakfast area, and they don’t do commercial...

It's triple digits here in the desert and our AC went out. While waiting the 10 days for installation we were forced to "get a room." Boy. Did we get lucky. The Residence Inn is not a snazzy...

I tried to call the day before arrival to make a simple adjust to my reservation. After being on hold for over 50 MINUTES, I gave up. Canceled my reservation and will be taking my business elsewhere...
