This worked out very well as a temporary oasis while the family was isolating. The kitchenette covered my basic needs. The breakfast was a pretty basic hotel breakfast. The only oddity I saw was that there was a large syrup container, but I saw no waffle maker. The second day I was there, one of the hot plates housed pancakes, but not the first day. And the eggs were fairly dry. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice (tiny) desk that I was able to get a little done at.

hospedado aqui no fim de semana de 13 a 16 maio. Tivemos um staycation para o aniversário do meu marido, mas foi terrível! A equipe racista da recepção com o nome de Veronica/Victoria não cumprimentou nem falou conosco quando tínhamos dúvidas. Entramos no local e procuramos os carrinhos para carregar a bagagem e tudo o que ela pôde dizer foi que não a temos e nos ignorou até que tivemos que chamá-la novamente para atenção no check-in. Posteriormente, quando íamos para o café da manhã e a cumprimentávamos, ela fingia não ouvir, mas não tinha problemas em atender ou ser legal com os clientes brancos. Os quartos não estavam em boas condições. Os pisos eram pegajosos e a cama e o sofá já viram dias melhores. Você pode ver mofo e mofo nas paredes. Eu não recomendaria este lugar a menos que você realmente não consiga encontrar um lugar melhor. Vá para o Marriott Bonvoy. Eles são respeitosos com você como patrono, independentemente da raça. Vá para Bonvoy ou Hilton, pois eles claramente não valem a pena reservar para qualquer visita ou viagem!

Room was ok, seemed clean, spacious, is nice to have a large fridge. However I have to say that the breakfast was really disappointing.Additionally the installations are a little old, air conditioner in my room was really loud.

Regina!!! Ela foi tão útil e amigável! Estávamos em uma situação ruim com um hotel diferente (sujo, fedorento e não amigável); Regina sozinha nos deixou à vontade e nos ajudou a resolver o problema. Ela foi incrível!!! O hotel em si é ótimo também. Muito limpo e convidativo. Minha estadia foi apenas uma noite, mas meu irmão poderia ficar aqui por um tempo!! Obrigado Regina…você me tranquilizou!!!

Estábamos en una mala situación con un hotel diferente (sucio, maloliente y no amigable); Regina sin ayuda de nadie nos tranquilizó y nos ayudó a resolver el problema. ¡Ella fue increíble! El hotel en sí también es genial. Muy limpio y acogedor. ¡Mi estadía fue solo una noche, pero mi hermano podría estar aquí por un tiempo! Gracias Regina… me tranquilizaste!!!

Stayed here on the weekend of 13th - 16th May. We had a staycation for my husband's birthday but it was terrible! Racist front desk staff by the name of Veronica/Victoria did not greet nor speak to us when we had questions. We came into the place and looked for the trolleys to load the luggage on and all she could say was we don't have it and ignored us until we had to call her again for attention to check-in. Subsequently, when we go for breakfast and greeted her, she would pretend not to hear but didn't have an issue attending or being nice to the white patrons. The rooms were not in good condition. The floors were sticky and the bed and couch have seen better days. You can see mildew and mold on the walls.I wouldn't recommend this place unless you really can't find a better place. Go to the Marriot Bonvoy. They are respectful of you as a patron regardless of race.Go to Bonvoy or Hilton, as they are clearly not worth booking for any visit or travel!

Regina!!! She was so helpful and friendly! We were in a bad situation with a different hotel (dirty, smelly and not friendly); Regina single handedly put us at ease and helped us solve the problem. She was amazing!!! The hotel itself is great as well. Very clean and inviting. My stay was only one night but my brother could be here for a while!! Thank you Regina…you put my mind at ease!!!

Hotel cómodo y tranquilo, ubicado en los suburbios de Chicago. Con vías de comunicación muy prácticas. Sus instalaciones cuentan con gimnasio y alberca, wifi entre otros estacionamiento amplio. Sus habitaciones son cómodas y bien iluminadas. Dan atención a viajeros que reciben tratamientos médicos especiales, además de ser un hotel que recibe mascotas.

Quando chegamos lá, o exterior não era muito atraente. A ponto de pensarmos em encontrar outro lugar para ficar. O edifício era muito simples. Claro que eles tinham churrasqueiras a gás que você poderia usar que eram de aparência limpa. Mas não estávamos lá para cozinhar. Eu estava fazendo uma cirurgia de manhã. Então eu precisava fazer as coisas como o hospital pedia. Mas nós entramos e o lugar era muito bom e a senhora atrás da mesa era muito legal e amigável. Contamos a ela sobre o que estávamos pensando quando chegamos. Ela riu junto com a gente. Fizemos o check-in e fomos para o nosso quarto. Fale sobre ficar agradavelmente surpreso com a forma como a sala era e quanto espaço tínhamos por toda a sala. Agora, quanto à cama... aquela precisava ser trocada por uma nova. Ele cedeu no meio um pouco. Eu não conseguia dormir com ele devido ao meu pescoço. Então eu dormi bem no sofá grande. Tim dormiu na cama, mas não conseguiu dormir muito devido à forma como a cama estava. Sim, vamos ficar novamente quando necessário. Apenas não o mesmo quarto/cama. Nós não tivemos tempo para passear para ver a piscina e tudo. Como estávamos ocupados nos preparando para minha cirurgia pela manhã.

Ótima localização para onde eu precisava estar durante a minha estadia e bastante, na maior parte. Durante minhas primeiras 2 noites, muitas famílias ficaram para o que parecia ser um evento de várias escolas estaduais, com crianças correndo para cima e para baixo no corredor e nas escadas. Embora, eu acho que o incidente mais alto foi a sirene do tornado que disparou do lado de fora da minha janela. Fiz essa viagem sabendo muito bem para prestar atenção ao clima e, na maioria das vezes, saber o que preciso fazer em caso de emergência. Também procuro os planos de evacuação para me familiarizar com a rota mais segura. Imediatamente encontrei as instruções para um incêndio, mas tive que procurar no quarto o livro de boas-vindas para ver se havia mais instruções para um tornado. Uma vez que finalmente o localizei em uma prateleira perto da TV, li o pequeno parágrafo que me dizia para me abrigar no banheiro se estivesse no meu quarto ou no corredor do saguão se estivesse no andar de baixo. Para aqueles que não lêem os livros de boas-vindas, pode ser benéfico adicionar essas instruções ao plano de fuga de incêndio na parte de trás da porta para que, quando a sirene tocar, os convidados saibam o que fazer e não procurem instruções na sala. Acontece que um tornado pousou não muito longe de nossa localização e eu sabia o que fazer quando a sirene tocou porque procurei a informação. Em uma nota diferente. Foi ótimo ter uma quitinete no quarto para que eu pudesse fazer minhas próprias refeições em vez de comer um monte de fast food o tempo todo. Área de estar confortável para relaxar antes de dormir em um travesseiro macio em uma cama espaçosa e cobertores quentes. Restaurantes, bares e lojas não estão muito longe da estrada. Eu definitivamente consideraria ficar aqui novamente se eu me encontrar de volta na área.

Excelente ubicación para donde necesitaba estar durante mi estadía y bastante, en su mayor parte. Durante mis primeras 2 noches, muchas familias se quedaron para lo que parecía ser un evento escolar de varios estados, con niños corriendo por el pasillo y las escaleras. Aunque, creo que el incidente más ruidoso fue la sirena de tornado que sonó fuera de mi ventana. Hice este viaje sabiendo muy bien que debía prestar atención al clima y, en su mayor parte, saber qué debo hacer en caso de emergencia. También busco los planes de evacuación para familiarizarme con la ruta más segura. Inmediatamente encontré las instrucciones para un incendio, pero tuve que buscar en la habitación el libro de bienvenida para ver si había más instrucciones para un tornado. Una vez que finalmente lo ubiqué en un estante cerca del televisor, leí el pequeño párrafo que me decía que me refugiara en el baño si estaba en mi habitación o en el pasillo del área del vestíbulo si estaba abajo. Para aquellos que no leen los libros de bienvenida, podría ser beneficioso agregar esas instrucciones al plan de escape en caso de incendio en la parte posterior de la puerta para que cuando suene la sirena, los invitados sepan qué hacer y no busquen instrucciones en la habitación. Sucede que un tornado aterrizó no muy lejos de nuestra ubicación y supe qué hacer cuando sonó la sirena porque busqué la información. En una nota diferente. Fue genial tener una cocinita en la habitación para poder hacer mis propias comidas en lugar de comer un montón de comida rápida todo el tiempo. Cómoda sala de estar para relajarse antes de retirarse a una almohada suave en una cama espaciosa y mantas cálidas. Restaurantes, bares y tiendas no están muy lejos. Definitivamente consideraría quedarme aquí nuevamente si vuelvo a encontrarme en el área.

Cuando llegamos por primera vez, el exterior no era nada atractivo. Hasta el punto de que pensamos en encontrar otro lugar para quedarnos. El edificio era simplemente sencillo. Seguro que tenían parrillas de gas que podías usar y que se veían limpias. Pero no estábamos allí para cocinar. Me iban a operar por la mañana. Así que necesitaba hacer las cosas como lo pedía el hospital. Pero entramos y el lugar era realmente agradable y la señora detrás del mostrador fue muy amable y simpática. Le dijimos lo que estábamos pensando cuando llegamos por primera vez. Ella se rió junto con nosotros. Nos registramos y nos fuimos a nuestra habitación. Hable acerca de estar gratamente sorprendido de cómo estaba la habitación y cuánto espacio teníamos en toda la habitación. Ahora, en cuanto a la cama... esa necesitaba ser cambiada por una nueva. Se hundió en el medio algunos. No podía dormir en él debido a mi cuello. Así que dormí bien en el gran sofá. Tim durmió en la cama pero no durmió mucho debido a cómo estaba la cama. Sí, nos quedaremos de nuevo cuando sea necesario. Simplemente no es la misma habitación/cama. No nos tomamos el tiempo de caminar para ver la piscina y todo. Mientras estábamos ocupados preparándonos para mi cirugía en la mañana.

Great location for where I needed to be during my stay & quite, for the most part. During my first 2 nights, a lot of families staying for what appeared to be a multiple state school event, with kids running up & down the hall & stairwell. Although, I think the loudest incident was the tornado siren that went off outside my window. I went on this trip knowing full well to pay attention to the weather, & for the most part, know what I need to do in case emergency. I also seek out the evacuation plans to familiarize myself with the safest route out. Right away I found the instructions for a fire but had to search the room for the welcome book to see if there is any further instructions for a tornado. Once I finally located it laying on a shelf near the tv, I read the tiny paragraph that told me to shelter in the bathroom if I am in my room or in the hall of the lobby area if I am downstairs. For those that do not read the welcome books it might be beneficial to add those instructions to the fire escape plan on the back of the door so when the siren goes off the guests know what to do and are not searching the room for instructions. Just happens that a tornado touched down not far from our location & I knew what to do when the siren went off because I searched for the information. On a different note. It was great having a kitchenette in the room so that I could make my own meals instead of eating a bunch of fast food the whole time. Comfortable seating area to unwind before retiring to a soft pillow in a spacious bed & warm blankets. Restaurants, bars & stores are not far down the road. I would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself back in the area.

When we first got there the outside wasn't very appealing at all. To the point we thought about finding another place to stay. The building was just to plain. Sure they had gas grills you could use that were clean looking. But we weren't there to cook. I was having surgery in the morning. So I needed to get things done as the hospital requested. But we went on inside and the place was really nice and the lady behind the desk was really nice and friendly. We told her about what we were thinking when we first drove up. She laughed along with us. We checked in and went to our room. Talk about being pleasantly surprised how the room was and how much space we had all over the room. Now as for the bed....that one needed to be changed out for a new one. It sagged in the middle some. I couldn't sleep on it due to my neck. So I slept on the big couch just fine. Tim slept in the bed but didn't get much sleep due to how the bed was. Yes we will stay again when needed. Just not the same room/bed. We didnt take time to walk around to see the pool and all. As we were busy getting ready for my surgery in the morning.

O quarto é questionavelmente "limpo", há coisas marrons espalhadas por todo o teto, a mesa de jantar tem um schmutz óbvio e as cadeiras estão manchadas de sujeira. Sensação geral de nunca estar sendo limpo adequadamente. Absolutamente nenhum isolamento ou amortecimento de som entre os pisos. Tive os stompers falantes altos me manter acordado até as 2 da manhã, então eu pensei que estávamos tomando banho juntos quando eles nos acordaram às 5 da manhã para tomar um banho e a água parecia que estava fluindo pelo quarto. Área de café da manhã suja, comida por todo o chão e mesas deixadas por limpar. Não voltaria. 👎👎👎

Room is questionably "clean" there's brown stuff splattered all over the ceiling, the dining table has obvious schmutz on it and the chairs are streaked with dirt. Overall feeling of not ever being cleaned properly. Absolutely no insulation or sound dampening between floors. Had the loud talking stompers keep me awake until 2 am then I thought we were showering together when they woke us at 5am to take a shower and the water sounded like it was flowing through the room. Dirty breakfast area, food all over the floor and tables left uncleaned. Wouldn't come back. 👎👎👎

I have been to this place many times, but this time, I was somewhat disappointed. The staff was nice and accommodating.The room was not up to the reputation of the Hyatt house. This Hyatt house latex the cleanest that we were used to seeing in the rooms and the lobby. I was not impressedat all. Now, when I visit family and friends, I will have to find a better place to stay.

This has probably been one of the worst hotels I have experienced. The hotel had really outdated and over used furniture (The sofa cushion sunk into the frame from one side). If that wasn’t enough the pool water was beyond dirty. The water smelled and the walls felt grimey.

Their names areebany & the other female front desk clerk working with her on 11/08/21 apprx 8:00 pm name unknown had access to my debit card on file & tried to scam me out of almost $2000. I had to call Hyatt headquarters to get it straightened out & get my money back which after 7 days I'm still waiting on a complete refund. I am hoping the rest will be returned soon and others will take caution when staying here. They have liars & thieves working here who have no care or respect for guests & also have access to our credit/ debit card accounts. They should reevaluate who they hire. Thankfully I have the funds to maintain until my money is returned to me but not everyone does. The loss of that amount of money even while waiting several days for the refund could hurt people and their financial obligations. I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. If you do check your credit/ debit card accounts frequently to make sure there are no charges that should not be there. If there is do not even discuss it with the front desk they will lie & lead you in the wrong direction to cover up their scam just call Hyatt headquarters directly instead. Really needs to be updated, everything is very old and worn out, there are holes in the couches, and window locks are broken. Needs a really good cleaning and spider webs are everywhere also.

Fiz o check-in um pouco antes da meia-noite e quando cheguei ao meu quarto e percebi que o sofá parecia ter 30 anos e estava em um dormitório da faculdade nos últimos 29 anos, então reaproveitado pelo Hyatt House Eu sabia que tinha escolhido o hotel errado. Liguei para a recepção e informei a ele sobre a condição e me ofereceram um novo quarto, mas era tarde demais para trocar de quarto. De manhã, expressei novamente meu descontentamento e fiz o check-out para minha estadia de 3 noites originalmente programada. Ofereceram-me 5000 pontos Hyatt para compensar o sofá esfarrapado. Não fique aqui a menos que goste de sofás esfarrapados.

This place is a dump, well my room 230. I checked in just before midnight and when I arrived to my room and realized the sofa looked like it was 30 years old and was in a college dorm for the last 29 years then repurposed by the Hyatt House I knew I chose the wrong hotel. I called the front desk and informed him of the condition and was offered a new room but it was too late to change rooms. In the morning I again expressed my displeasure and checked out for my originally scheduled 3 night stay. I was offered 5000 Hyatt points to make up for the tattered sofa. Don't stay here unless you like tattered sofas.

Eu fiquei em mais de 100 propriedades da marca Hyatt exclusivamente diferentes. Hyatt House é sempre o coringa.Funcionários, lobby, limpeza geral estava bem. Nosso quarto era um pouco estranho. Manchas vermelhas no carpete, puxadores caindo de gavetas, coisas não identificadas na parede, um sofá tão quente que claramente não precisava ser substituído.Depois disso, saio da Hyatt House.

I've stayed at over 100 uniquely different Hyatt branded properties. Hyatt House is always the wild card. Staff, lobby, overall cleanliness was fine. Our room was a little off. Red stains on the carpet, handles falling off drawers, unidentified stuff on the wall, a couch so warm it clearly past needing to be replaced. I'm off of Hyatt House after this.
