“Asked for early check in when I booked. No response. Arrived early and asked for early check in. Was told no rooms ready but they will call when it's ready. No call. Showed up at 3 pm and nothing said. Room was clean and modern. Good wifi. Nice shower. Bed and pillows too soft but that's my issue. Hotel parking is more expensive than the private garage parking. But you get in/out privileges. That somehow costs the garage more... Not great value.”

“Hate to give a one star on Christmas, but how would they treat their costumers this way during Christmas. No room service, cleaning towels, no reserved rooms, downsize with no refund. We booked 517 sq feet multiple rooms city view online for family trip and got a standard two king room. You at your own risk of not getting what you want if you booked through Expedia. They (front desk) said ‘we didn’t collect your money, Expedia did, you should contact them for the room you reserved’.’ ….. quote ‘we have no control over what they put for pictures and information. I got you two kings, that’s what we have.’’ I would never come or recommend this hotel.”
