Gym membership is extortionate, steam room out of order for length of time. If a football/rugby team are in then classes get cancelled last minute as they have priority over the gym studio!!! Eaten here several times and unless you eat In the gym bar the wait on food is ridiculous even when it’s not busy. On the positive it looks nice and is local.

Really nice place. The hotel is very beautiful, staff are friendly, pool is very good and well maintained. The restaurant is very busy for dinner, stayed there for 2 nights, but nights were fully reserved already. They have got free EV charging, so that’s a plus and free car parking too. Breakfast is good.

Excellent hotel conveniently located near Manchester centre, but in an open green estate giving the impression you are much further into the countryside. The hotel is large, but set out in a way it doesn't feel overwhelming. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, could get one extra star if only there was a phone charging socket/electric socket near the bed! We ate in the Grill restaurant and the food was perfect. Same applies for breakfast.

Had a nice spa day, nice massage. The pool area wasn't very calm, they had kids swimming lessons and singing ALL day. I wish this would have been mentioned in the spa seekers advert. The sauna and steam were very good and the hot tub. Gym was good and big, but couple of broken machines. Can't comment on rooms, didn't stay over.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Reception staff are lovely and they offer room service. All of their food is delicious from the restaurant and when delivered to rooms. They have a hot tub as well as a pool (though they don't allow kids in it). Well cleaned, baths and showers are well maintained but you may need to ask for a fan in the summer as the windows don't open fully. Only thing to watch out for (especially for business travellers) is if you require wifi access for more than 1 hour, you have to pay extra.

Bom tamanho quarto familiar para 4 pessoas com 2 camas de casal. As camas eram confortáveis. Sanitários poderia fazer com alguma atualização, mas no geral foi tudo bem. Não há ar condicionado por isso seria quente no verão, mas adorável nos dias mais frios. Tivemos que abrir as nossas janelas entreaberta para dormir quando ficamos lá onde a temperatura exterior foi de cerca de 7 graus como foi bastante quente no quarto. O café da manhã foi adorável. Existem 2 restaurantes no rés-do-chão. Um mais formal e outro muito relaxado com o sofá confortável que é agradável com crianças. O serviço de jantar pode ser bastante lento como esperamos por meia hora e recordou o garçom duas vezes antes que eles vieram para levar nossos pedidos. Went for a meeting, so no review of rooms. All public areas were very clean and well maintained. Food was good; given delays from our side. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a business meeting.

Tuvimos una estancia agradable, un poco decepcionados con nuestra habitación, era una habitación fea, no olía muy bien. Las cortinas de gasa habían visto días mejores, descoloridas con algunas quemaduras de cigarrillos y las puertas francesas necesitaban una buena limpieza. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estadía aquí, sin embargo, descuidos como ese marcan la diferencia en la experiencia del cliente. Las instalaciones de ocio son excelentes ya cualquier aficionado al golf le encantará el lugar. El desayuno también era muy bueno.

Lindo lugar. Fiz uma massagem corporal. Sinta-se maravilhoso graças a Gemma. A única coisa errada é nos banheiros do spa. Tem uma toalha para secar as mãos !!! Não, não, esta é definitivamente uma maneira de transferir esse vírus.

Tivemos uma estadia agradável, um pouco decepcionado com o nosso quarto, era um quarto desarrumado, não cheirava muito bem. As cortinas de voile já tinham visto dias melhores, sem cor com algumas queimaduras de cigarro e as portas francesas precisavam de uma boa limpeza. No geral, gostamos de ficar aqui, no entanto, descuidos como esse fazem a diferença na experiência do cliente. As instalações de lazer são excelentes e qualquer entusiasta do golfe irá adorar o local. Pequeno-almoço era muito bom também.

Beautiful place. Had a body massage. Feel wonderful thanks to Gemma. Only thing wrong is in the toilets at the Spa. There is a towel to dry your hands on!!! No, no, no this is definitely a way to transfer this virus.

We had a pleasant stay, a bit disappointed with our room, it was a frowsty room, did not smell very nice. The voile curtains had seen better days, off colour with a few cigarette burns and the french doors needed a good clean. Overall we enjoyed staying here however, oversights like that make a difference in the customer's experience. The leisure facilities are excellent and any golf enthusiast will love the place. Breakfast was very nice also.

Fui como um grupo de 4 amigos, foram dadas 2 quartos ao lado do outro, o que foi ótimo. Vistas encantadoras de ambos, uma com portas que se abriam para alguns bancos de grama. Os quartos eram limpos e espaçosos, banheiro também estava impecável. Nadar, sauna a vapor e banheira de hidromassagem foi muito agradável e relaxante, fui em torno de quatro horas por isso foi um bom tempo calmo. Estava mais ocupado pela manhã e no início da tarde. Jantamos no restaurante grill, todos nós apreciamos a nossa comida e definitivamente recomendo comer lá, pois era um ambiente tranquilo e íntimo com comida adorável ao lado. Descobrimos que o hotel estava bastante ocupado com as famílias, por isso tínhamos consciência tarde da noite de que precisávamos ficar quietos em nossos quartos, pois descobrimos que as paredes eram bem finas. Todos nós dormimos muito bem e depois tomamos um café da manhã muito bom pela manhã. No geral, todos nós tivemos um adorável relaxante relaxante uma noite break. A cereja no topo teria sido se pudéssemos ter um quarto que acomodasse nós 4 juntos.

Fuimos como un grupo de 4 amigos, nos dieron 2 habitaciones una al lado de la otra, lo cual fue genial. Preciosas vistas de ambos, uno con puertas que se abren a algunos bancos de hierba. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y espaciosas, el baño también estaba impecable. Nadar, sauna, sala de vapor y bañera de hidromasaje fue muy agradable y relajante, fue alrededor de las 4 pm, así que fue un momento agradable y tranquilo. Estaba más ocupado en la mañana y temprano en la tarde. Cenamos en el restaurante grill, todos disfrutamos de nuestra comida y definitivamente recomendaríamos comer allí, ya que era un entorno tranquilo e íntimo con una comida encantadora al lado. Encontramos que el hotel estaba bastante ocupado con las familias, por lo que estábamos conscientes a altas horas de la noche, que necesitábamos estar tranquilos en nuestras habitaciones, ya que encontramos que las paredes eran bastante delgadas. Todos hemos dormido muy bien y luego tenía un muy buen buffet de desayuno por la mañana. En general, todos tuvimos un relajante descanso relajante de una noche. La guinda de la cima hubiera sido si hubiéramos podido tener una habitación que nos acomodara a los cuatro juntos.

Attended for a conference and staff training. Arrangemts were excellent and the staff took really good care of us. Nothing was too much trouble.Great leisure centre, pool and gym both very good.Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Went as a group of 4 friends,were given 2 rooms next to each other ,which was great.Lovely views out of both, one with doors that opened onto some grass banking.Rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom was spotless too. Swim , sauna steam room and hot tub was very nice and relaxing, went around 4pm so was a nice quiet time. Was busier in the morning and early afternoon.Had dinner in the grill restaurant, we all enjoyed our food and would definitely recommend eating there, as it was a quiet, Inimate setting with lovely food alongside. Found the hotel was quite busy with families , so we were conscious late at night, that we needed to be quiet in our rooms, as we found the walls were pretty thin. We all slept very well and then had a very nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Overall we all had a lovely relaxing restful one night break. The cherry on the top would have been if we could have had a room that accommodated the 4 of us together.

Habitación familiar de buen tamaño para 4 personas con 2 camas dobles. Las camas eran cómodas. A los inodoros les vendría bien una mejora, pero en general estaba bien. No hay aire acondicionado, por lo que en verano hace calor pero es agradable en los días más fríos. Tuvimos que abrir nuestras ventanas entreabiertas para dormir cuando nos quedamos allí, donde la temperatura exterior era de alrededor de 7 grados, ya que hacía bastante calor en la habitación. El desayuno era encantador. Hay 2 restaurantes en la planta baja. Una más formal y otra muy relajada con un cómodo sofá que es agradable con los niños. El servicio de cena puede ser bastante lento, ya que esperamos media hora y recordamos al camarero dos veces antes de que vinieran a tomar nuestros pedidos. Fotos del menú tomadas para una mejor idea de la comida servida cuando estuvimos allí.

Mala relación calidad precio y un servicio correcto, que le falta un poco pars estar al nivel de Marriott. El hotel tiene un gimnasio muy bueno y las instalaciones son adecuadas.

Good size family room for 4 people with 2 double beds. Beds were comfortable. Toilets could do with some upgrading but overall it was alright. There are no air conditioning so would be hot in summer but lovely on colder days. We had to open our windows ajar to sleep when we stayed there where the temperature outside was around 7 degrees as it was quite warm in the room. The breakfast spread was lovely. There are 2 restaurants on the ground floor. One more formal and another very relaxed with comfortable sofa which is nice with children. Dinner service can be rather slow as we waited for half an hour and reminded the waiter twice before they came to take our orders.
