“Rip off alert!!! They charge $14 a night to park in their Non-valet, no parking garage, unsecure, SELF PARK LOT. what a joke! What service am I receiving for $14? Oh wait, NOTHING. This is a poor excuse for a money making scheme. At least make me feel like I am actually receiving something. Also, The mattress is comfortable, but the sheets are not soft and are hot. While they have tried to make the place nice, they are lacking in so many areas. I guess put that $14/night per car parking fee to good use and upgrade the sheets. After reading other reviews, it seems like they arbitrarily change the amount they charge for parking. Ranges from $10 to $15. Not sure what is up with that other than it is a bogus charge. Also, pretty sure our room was haunted. At 3am the speaker phone just turned on and we heard a loud dial tone and then it went off.”

“The irony of it all: when you call they say it’s newly renovated well they must have cut costs everywhere. I checked in June 3rd at 615pm and by 4am in the morning i am checking out. The upgraded room i had, the air wasn’t working. It was hot and unbearable to sleep. The bed felt like i was sleeping on straws. As a traveling pharmacist, I’ve slept on better beds in cheaper hotels. This bed at the “Hilton” was hard, had no downy softness like most hotels and the pillows were horrible!!!!! Even in the hallways, it was HOT like an inferno. I don’t understand how anyone can sleep comfortably in conditions such as that. Save your money.”
