Entrando por dentro es muy bonito. No puedo hablar en las habitaciones porque no me quedé en una de ellas. El joven caballero de la recepción ayer fue muy amable y servicial. Me saludó tan pronto como me vio cruzar la puerta. Solo estaba allí para llevar a mi hijo a completar sus pruebas estatales de NCVA.

El hotel fue genial. Su bar adentro, el camarero era muy divertido y entretenido. Ella tenía un montón de extraños pasando el rato al final de la noche antes del juego UC ECU. El hotel estaba limpio y el personal era fantástico. ¡5 estrellas!

Por dentro é muito bonito. Não posso falar nos quartos porque não fiquei em nenhum deles. O jovem cavalheiro na recepção ontem foi muito simpático e prestativo. Ele me cumprimentou assim que me viu passar pela porta. Eu estava lá apenas para trazer meu filho para completar seu teste estadual para NCVA.

Hotel foi ótimo. Seu bar dentro, o barman era tão engraçado e divertido. Ela tinha um monte de estranhos saindo no final da noite antes do jogo UC ECU. Hotel estava limpo, e a equipe foi ótima. 5 estrelas!

Hotel was great. Their bar inside, the bartender was so funny and entertaining. She had a bunch of us strangers hanging out by the end of the night before the UC ECU Game. Hotel was clean, and staff was great. 5 stars!

Going on the inside it's very beautiful. I can't speak on the rooms because I didn't stay in one of them. The young gentleman at the front desk yesterday was very friendly and helpful. He greeted me as soon as he seen me walk through the door. I was only there to bring my son to complete his state testing for NCVA.

Eu adoro como meu comentário foi excluído e os únicos que permanecem são os que têm 2 meses ou mais. Nós estivemos neste local 3 vezes ao longo do ano. Concedido, o nível de limpeza estava faltando, mas era tolerado. A nossa 4ª estadia foi horrível! O chão do box estava imundo! Na verdade, usei um toalhete de lisol para limpar o chão do chuveiro e estava imundo! O carpete e o piso de cerâmica estavam tão sujos que, se eu usasse meias, as meias teriam que ser queimadas. Eu usei meus sapatos o tempo todo!

I love how my review was deleted and the only ones that remain are the ones that are 2 months or older. We have stayed at this location 3 timesover the year. Granted the level of cleanness was lacking but tolerated. Our 4th stay was awful ! The shower stall floor was filthy!I actually used a lysol wipe to clean the shower floorand it was filthy! The carpet and tile floor was so dirty, if I wore socks , the socks would have had to be burned. I wore my shoes the whole time!

Duas noites consecutivas fui acordado por outro convidado brigando no corredor à 1h. Quando eu reclamei, eles enviaram segurança e disseram que o gerente entraria em contato. Two nights in a row I was awaken by other guest fighting in the hallway at 1am. When I complain they sent security and told me the manager would be in touch.It’s been almost two weeks and I have yet to hear from a manager.I asked for the manager at check out and was assured one would be I touch.Poor follow up.

Não estou desacreditando as duas últimas avaliações, mas minha experiência foi ótima. A equipe foi ótima, os quartos eram limpos, o centro de fitness estava limpo e tinha pesos livres. Eu gostaria que eles tivessem mais uma seleção na loja do hotel, mas é só isso.

I’m not discrediting the last two reviews but my experience was great. Staff was great, rooms were clean, fitness center was clean and it had free weights. I wish they had more of a selection at the hotel store but that’s really it.

I se hospedaram no hotel há um pouco mais de uma semana e no geral teve uma ótima estadia. A equipe foi simpática e amigável - até mesmo a equipe que você simplesmente passou no corredor. Eu fui capaz de fazer o check-in na minha chegada, que foi após o horário de check-in programado (embora a pessoa depois de mim foi informada de que teria que esperar um quarto ficar pronto). O estacionamento era apertado nas áreas principais, mas isso era em um fim de semana e também havia um casamento acontecendo naquele dia, então isso provavelmente contribuiu para isso. Eu adorei meu quarto, mas minhas únicas reclamações eram os hóspedes fumantes reunidos ao redor da porta lateral e tendo que passar por ela para entrar e sair na saída mais próxima do meu veículo. Também o pátio externo estava imundo. Estava aberto e esta é definitivamente a época do ano para usá-lo, mas parecia abandonado. Sujeira, insetos e detritos por toda parte e travesseiros e almofadas que pareciam não ter sido limpos nesta temporada.

As acomodações eram agradáveis e os quartos eram limpos. No entanto, quando tentei usar a academia, não havia lenços ou qualquer outro tipo de material desinfetante. Perguntei à jovem na recepção se ela tinha algo para eu usar porque eles estavam fora e ela respondeu "o cara da manutenção provavelmente estava lá e limpou tudo"Eu tenho que dar uma avaliação de uma estrela porque essa é uma resposta terrível (e provavelmente falsa porque ela também disse que ninguém tinha estado lá a manhã toda e havia alguém lá naquele momento?!?) E será o que eu me lembro esse hotel.* Vamos, rapazes, com o seu próprio programa! Estou nos hotéis Hilton de 3 a 4 noites por semana, todos vocês os únicos que encontrei desde o início da pandemia com essa atitude em relação à saúde

O elevador estava bem na nossa porta e no meio da noite, não uma, mas DUAS VEZES, o alarme disparou. A primeira vez que ficamos com medo de que o hotel estivesse pegando fogo. Depois que descobrimos que não era, fomos capazes de dormir (embora não seja fácil). E então aconteceu de novo às 5h da manhã, e simplesmente não havia mais sono para se ter. Era o nosso único dia em que poderíamos ter dormido, mas não podíamos. Quando fizemos o check-out, contamos ao cara na recepção o que aconteceu e a única coisa que ele teve a dizer foi "Ugh, isso fede." Sim, Hilton, é verdade.

The elevator was right outside our door and in the middle of the night, not once but TWICE, the alarm in it went off. The first time we were terrified that the hotel was on fire. After we figured out it wasn't, we were able to get to sleep (albeit not easily). And then it happened again at 5:00 am, and there was simply no more sleep to be had. It was our one day that we could have slept in, and we couldn't. When we checked out, we told the guy at the desk about what happened and the only thing he had to say was "Ugh, that stinks." Yes, Hilton, it does.

The accommodations were nice and rooms were clean.However, when I attempted to use the fitness center there were no wipes or any other kind of disinfecting material. I asked the young lady at the desk if she had anything for me to use because they were out and she replied “the maintenance guy guy was probably just in there and he wiped everything down”I have to give a one star review because that is a terrible reply (and probably untrue because she also said no one had been in there all morning and there was someone in there at that time ?!?) and will be what I remember about this hotel.*Cmon guys get with your own program! I’m at Hilton hotels 3-4 nights a week, you all the only ones I’ve run into since start of pandemic with this attitude towards health

I stayed at this hotel a little over a week ago and overall had a great stay. The staff was nice and friendly — even staff you simply passed in the hallway. I was able to check in upon my arrival which was after their scheduled check-in time(even though the person after me was told they had to wait for a room to be ready). The parking was tight in the main parking areas but this was on a weekend and there was also a wedding going on that day so that likely contributed to that. I loved my room but my only complaints were smoking guests being gathered around the side door and having to walk through that to enter and exit at the exit closest to my vehicle. Also the outside patio area was filthy. It was open and this is definitely the time of year to use it but it looked abandoned. Dirt, bugs and debris everywhere and pillows and cushionsthat looked like they had not been cleaned for the season.
