“One of the best hotels we’ve ever been. Probably not as “fashionable” as Max Royal or NG Phaselis Bay, but it has the best beach, wonderful restaurants, the personal that takes care of you (I mean the waiters and the bartenders, guest relation could be better), and the way they treat children is just fantastic. Shows are great every single evening, you’ve got everything you need inside, you don’t even want to leave the hotel. Definitely recommended. You might expect bigger rooms, but honestly, it doesn’t matter because you spend all the time at the beach. Lotus bar bartenders - just wow. Have a look at the pictures yourself. Best beach line. Price/quality - A++++.”

“Nos alojamos por 2 semanas después de las vacaciones. En primer lugar, nos gustaría agradecer a Island Beach Bar Yusuf Yakisan, Animation Can, Ozan, Yunus y Guest Relations, Batu Bey, por su interés y relevancia. Los aspectos positivos del hotel son la limpieza, todo el personal realmente te hace sentir de vacaciones, la comida es buena variedad, especialmente el restaurante turco y mexicano es muy exitoso. Son sensibles y cariñosos con los niños. Aspectos negativos; El edificio es antiguo, las habitaciones son pequeñas, el área de uso es limitada, no hay nadie que te presente el hotel en la entrada, esto es una desventaja porque tienes que encontrar y explorar muchas cosas por ti mismo. No quiero perder el tiempo con esto en sus vacaciones. Lotus no cumple con su capacidad. Barcos que van y vienen todo el tiempo, y ves vasos de cartón y almohadillas rotas en el mar, la gerencia del hotel debe tomar precauciones por esto. No es difícil avisar a los guardacostas y no dejar atracar el barco. Y por ultimo señor OLEG, no se cual es su deber en el hotel ni si lo tiene, pero me molestó su trato grosero y feo a los empleados como si fueran sus esclavos personales, su insistente y desagradable (!) Actitud hacia las invitadas y su posición frente a las invitadas en el bar. La clase premium no se adapta a una empresa corporativa. Doy 5 puntos al personal que no escatima en sonrisa y trabaja como una abeja.”
