Tivemos um tempo fantástico no JW Marriott. O ambiente era muito sofisticado a partir do momento de entrar no hotel. Tudo era muito luxuoso e os quartos eram limpos, confortáveis e espaçosos, com uma vista fantástica. É um pouco mais caro do que algumas outras opções, mas eu diria que vale a pena.

We had a fantastic time at the JW Marriott. The ambiance was very upscale from the moment of walking into the hotel. Everything was ver luxurious and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious with a fantastic view. It’s a little more expensive than some other options, but I’d say that it’s worth it.

This is our home from home whenever we come to Grand Rapids. Always receive a very warm and friendly welcome back. After handling the checkout the clerk actually walked around the desk to point us towards the elevator. I noticed he did this for the previous guest checking in as well. He struck me as very professional and yet very friendly. The hotel hallways and our room were extremely clean. Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in a great room. You are going to love the views and they are right in the thick of fun places to see. You guys are awesome!!

Bastante decepcionado, vou escolher um hotel diferente se eu voltar para GR (esta cidade está cheia deles)O serviço de quarto é um sucesso ou um fracasso, dependendo da equipe em qualquer dia, eu suponho ... e eu acho que pode ter tido uma leve intoxicação alimentar de salsicha mal cozida no café da manhã. Eu também recomendo contra o bolo de chocolate: pedaço minúsculo, textura granulada, sabor nada assombroso. Os quartos são limpos o suficiente, mas nossas bandejas de refeição acabadas sentaram-se por mais de 24 horas no corredor ... bem nojento. (A recepção disse provavelmente porque há falta de pessoal nos dias de semana)Além disso, não espere qualquer tipo de "café da manhã continental", a menos que você pague extra. O "grátis" café-da-manhã não foi incluído na tarifa do quarto, que é um pouco um chute no ... shin como nós pagamos 3x mais do que um "decente" quarto de hotel teria custado.[Editar] porque acabei de tomar um banho antes do checkout, lembrando você de trazer seu próprio shampoo. Eles têm essa coisa de "Aromaterapia" que chega a ser ofensiva. Como se eu fosse um jardineiro ... eu gosto de aromas de ervas ... mas essas coisas são avassaladoras.Ótimo fim de semana, mas teve tudo a ver com atividades fora do hotel.

Rather disappointed, will choose a different hotel if I make it back to GR (this city is full of them)Room service is hit or miss, depending on the staff on any given day, i assume... and i think i may have had light food poisoning from undercooked breakfast sausage. I'd also recommend against the chocolate cake:Tiny piece, grainy texture, underwhelming flavor. Rooms are clean enough, but our finished meal trays sat for over 24 hours in the hallway... pretty gross. (Front desk said probably because understaffed on weekdays)Also, don't expect any sort of "continental breakfast" unless you pay extra. The "free" breakfast wasn't included at our room rate, which is a bit of a kick in the... shin as we paid 3x more than a "decent" hotel room would have cost.[Edit] because I just took a shower before checkout, reminding you to remember to bring your own shampoo. They've got this "Aromatherapy" stuff that verges on offensive. Like I'm a gardener... i enjoy herbal aromas... but this stuff is way overpowering.Great weekend, but that had everything to do with activities outside of the hotel.

This hotel is exceptional, the food needs to be worked on though. The best experience during my lengthy stay was the valet and front desk. The valet needs a huge raise! I was blown away away of how professional and speedy they were. Kudos!

No geral, uma boa estadia. Um hotel moderno, em uma ótima localização. O quarto era limpo, e a propriedade em si era muito elegante e confortável. Minha única reclamação é que a recepção muitas vezes foi insuficiente, durante toda a estadia. Mesmo durante os horários de pico, havia apenas 1 pessoa cuidando da mesa e a fila ficava muito longa. Remunerar seus funcionários adequadamente e você não terá esse problema!

O quarto do hotel era extremamente limpo. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem foram extremamente limpos. A comida no restaurante do hotel era muito boa também. Boa comida de café da manhã e comida de jantar! Nosso quarto também tinha uma bela vista do Grand River e do Museu Gerald R. Ford. Ao todo, eu DEFINITIVAMENTE ficaria no JW Marriott em Grand Rapids novamente!

Muito elegante e confortável! Teve uma excelente estadia! Meu marido e eu queríamos fazer algo especial para o seu aniversário e nosso aniversário de casamento, e a equipe do JW Marriott fez com que fosse muito especial! Eles me ajudaram a coordenar uma bela surpresa de vinho branco em nosso quarto e outros pequenos toques agradáveis. Devido às restrições / precauções da COVID-19, recebemos dois vouchers de café da manhã para serem usados no Margaux ou no Starbucks. O serviço de quarto foi EXTREMAMENTE delicioso e rápido e tinha algumas opções sem glúten que também eram incrivelmente deliciosas! Serviço excelente! Altamente recomendado! Nós definitivamente vamos voltar!

Overall a good stay. A modern hotel, in a great location. The room was clean, and the property itself was very sleek and comfortable. My only gripe is that the front desk often was understaffed, throughout the stay. Even during peak times, there was only 1 person manning the desk and the line would get very long. Compensate your employees properly and you won’t have this problem!

The hotel room was extremely clean. The pool and the hot tub were extremely clean as well. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was very good as well. Good breakfast food and dinner food! Our room also had a beautiful view of the Grand River, and the Gerald R. Ford Museum. All in all, I would DEFINITELY stay at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids again!

Very classy and accommodating! Had an excellent stay! My husband and I wanted to do something special for his birthday and our wedding anniversary, and the staff at JW Marriott made sure it was very special! They helped me coordinate a lovely surprise of white wine in our room and other nice little touches. Due to COVID-19 restrictions/precautions we were given two breakfast vouchers to be used at either Margaux or Starbucks. Room service was EXTREMELY delicious and fast and had a few gluten free options that were also incredibly delicious! Excellent service! Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning!

Tudo bem. Fiquei um pouco surpreso por um tipo de hotel "high-end" por algumas coisas. Em primeiro lugar, o quarto em si era muito bom. Impecavelmente limpo e o quarto cheirava como se fôssemos as primeiras pessoas a dormir nele. As toalhas eram abundantes e macias. A vista da cidade era legal. O que me surpreendeu foi o fato de eu poder ouvir claramente o som da água sob pressão em canos através da parede quando um cômodo adjacente ou acima usava o chuveiro, o vaso sanitário e a pia. Estava alto o suficiente e eu tive que aumentar o volume da TV para continuar assistindo ao noticiário. A única outra decepção foi o fato de o bar fechar às 22h em uma noite de sexta-feira. Talvez apenas um sinal dos tempos, mas um copo de vinho ao ar livre em uma bela noite era o plano, mas não. A sensação geral do hotel é legal, com muitos toques de luz azul. O restaurante é fantástico ... menu limitado, mas sem escolhas ruins.

Normally have had great experiences with the JW and Marriott in general, however when I was laying on my bed I noticed some large brown stains on my blanket. When I attempted to call the desk nobody answered. After traveling for 12 hours and being completely drained I decided to sleep on the sofa without a blanket. Quite disappointing.

It's OK. I was a bit surprised for a "high end" type of hotel by a few things. First, the room itself was very nice. Spotlessly clean and the room smelled like we were the first people to sleep in it. Towels were plentiful and soft. View of the city was cool. What surprised me was the fact I could plainly hear the sound of water under pressure in pipes through the wall when an adjacent or above room used the shower, toilet, sink.It was loud enough where I had to turn up the volume on the TV to continue watching the news.The only other disappointment was the fact the bar closed at 10 pm on a Friday night.Maybe just a sign of the times but a glass of wine outside on a beautiful evening was the plan but nope.The overall feel of the hotel is cool with a lot of blue light accents. The restaurant is fantastic..limited menu but no bad choices.
