I have stayed here at least a dozen times and the hotel is well kept, staff are friendly and professional and their breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome place. Spotless facilities, and very helpful and friendly staff. Greg in particular made us feel safe and at home here during the pandemic and was an amazing host. Give that guy a bonus!

Tentei ligar para a recepção, mas ninguém atendeu. Foi um incômodo e deu à família uma noite de sono ruim.

This Hilton Garden Inn is a Lovely Hotel. It includes all the amenities and appears to be newly updated. I only gave four out of five stars because during our stay There Was An Extremely Loud family on our floor that woke us up after midnight three times. And I tried calling the front desk but nobody answered. It was a nuisance and gave the family a bad night's sleep.

Our experience at this hotel was 5 stars. But I dont give 5 stars to hotels un;ess they are o n the beach. That's just my personal criteria but the experience was 5 stars. This hotel was super clean! The employees were all very warm and friendly and welcoming! Especially Greg! I had a handicapped room. The location was great! Just 5 minutes from the main street on Plymouth where everything is. Everything closes SUPER early in Plymouth so it makes no sense to be on the main street in town and some of those rooms had bugs from the reviews I read. Even restaurants that claim to be open until midnight and 1 am were closed by 10 and 11. We are from NYC. We ate late and the first night got in at 2 am because my hubbys boss forced him to come in even though he put in the time off ahead of time. I am partially handicapped from a complicated illness that almost killed me but I am on the mend I just can't walk unaided yet. The handicapped shower is not constructed properly. The shower can't be reached from a sitting position. The hand held shower which every handicaped person has to use was too far to reach but my hubby tried to turn it on and it did not work. We actually did not tell them until it was time for us to check out because we got in so late and only stayed a few days . We were too tired to want to make changes.

Great place to stay! Not far from everything we wanted to see and do and the staff were amazing, especially the front desk staff Greg! Pool was open til 11pm and the gym was also. The room wa as very clean and spacious. Great prices also!
