Adoro. Minha primeira vez na cidade, queria encontrar um lugar perto de restaurantes e bares, achei esse lugar, super limpo, pessoal muito simpático, café da manhã você paga, mas vale a pena. Ótima localização.

Nós hospedado aqui por um longo período, enquanto meu marido fez uma cirurgia na UPMC. A localização era ótima. Podemos caminhar até o hospital. Além disso, se você estiver visitando o campus Pitt, é muito conveniente. O próprio hotel precisa de alguma atualização. A mobília da sala não era muito confortável e isso vale o dobro para o sofá-cama. O pessoal era bom, mas ninguém se destacou e estivemos lá por muito tempo. Hesito em criticar a qualidade do serviço de limpeza, considerando que ainda estamos lidando com COVID e não queríamos diariamente, porém uma vez pedimos para limpar e eles levaram o troco que havíamos conseguido para a máquina de lavar. Acho que eles pensaram que era uma dica Outra vez, eles entraram e aceitaram a dica que Tínhamos deixado para eles e não se preocuparam em limpar o quarto! Como se não fossemos notar? O bar estava bom e eu o visitava com frequência. A comida era limitada e um pouco cara para o que era, mas às vezes você tem que pagar um pouco mais por conveniência. O hotel está situado no meio de uma Meca de fast food, então há todos os tipos de opções mais baratas para caminhar, se você tiver energia. Não espere encontrar restaurantes sofisticados em Oakland. Definitivamente, atende ao público universitário. A sua localização é o que faz muitas das coisas que este hotel não tem.

Dudo en criticar la calidad del servicio de limpieza considerando que todavía estamos lidiando con COVID y no lo queríamos a diario, sin embargo, una vez pedimos limpieza y tomaron el cambio que habíamos obtenido para la lavadora. En otra ocasión entraron y tomaron la propina que en realidad les habíamos dejado y no se molestaron en limpiar la habitación. ¿Como si no nos hubiéramos dado cuenta? Love it.My first time in town,wanted to find place near by restaurants and bars,found this place,super clean,staff very friendly,breakfast you pay for it,but so worth it.Great location.

We stayed here for an extended period while my husband had surgery at UPMC. The location was great. We could walk to the hospital. Also if you are visiting the Pitt campus it is very convenient. The hotel itself needs some updating. The furniture in the room was not very comfortable and that goes double for the sofa sleeper. The staff was fine, but no one stood out and we were there for a very long time. I hesitate to criticize the quality of the housekeeping considering we are still dealing with COVID and we did not want it daily, however one time we asked for cleaning and they took the change we had gotten for the laundry machine. I guess they thought it was a tip Another time they came in and took the tip we actually HAD left for them and didn’t bother to clean the room! Like we weren’t gonna notice? The bar was fine and I visited often. The food was limited and a bit expensive for what it was, but sometimes you have to pay a little more for convenience. The hotel is situated in the middle of a fast food Mecca so there are all kinds of walkable cheaper options if you have the energy. Do not expect to find upscale dining in Oakland. It definitely caters to the college crowd. Its location makes up many of the things this hotel lacks.

Não consigo pensar em nada negativo! A recepção e a equipe de manobrista daqui são estrelas do rock! Cada funcionário foi extremamente prestativo, extremamente gentil. Um ótimo lugar para ficar para visitar Pitt. Caminhada curta que lhe dá a oportunidade de ver a área. Hotel era muito limpo, o pessoal foi muito agradável e útil. O estacionamento com manobrista foi ótimo e tornou as coisas muito mais fáceis.

Podemos reservar este hotel no último minuto após a mudança de outro hotel. Todos os funcionários foram muito prestativos e acolhedores durante toda a estadia. Os funcionários com manobrista foram incríveis !! Os quartos eram limpos. 10/10, recomendo !! Localização perfeita.

I can’t think of anything negative! The front desk and valet staff here are rock stars! Every single employee was extremely helpful, extremely kind. I’ve had some real negative experiences with Hilton’s in the past, but these folks have single handedly changed my opinion entirely. I seriously can’t sing enough praises about how incredible the staff is here! ❤️

We booked this hotel last minute after switching from another hotel. All of the staff were so helpful and welcoming during the whole stay. The valet workers were awesome!! The rooms were clean. 10/10 recommend!! Perfect location.

A great place to stay to visit Pitt. Short walk which gives you the opportunity to see the area. Hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Valet parking was great and made things much easier.

Lugar agradável para uma (ou algumas) noites em Pittsburgh. Perto do centro. Muitas opções de alimentos ao redor. Tomamos café da manhã no hotel. As senhoras servindo o café da manhã foram ótimos! Eles nos deram grandes sorrisos e café quente. Um bom começo de dia.

Nice place for one (or a couple of) nights in Pittsburgh. Close to downtown. Plenty of food choices around. We had breakfasts at the hotel. The ladies serving the breakfast were great! They gave us big smiles and hot coffee. A very good start for the day.
