Decepcionado con el personal de esta ubicación. Pedí una salida tardía en la recepción y lo hicieron me brinde 13:00 que estaba bien. Ser miembro de diamantes, y uno de los pocos en el hotel en un día laborable, pensé que sería capaz de conseguir algo más tarde, pero sólo tenía que terminar un par de llamadas de trabajo por la mañana y luego estar fuera. La recepción continuó a llamar a mi habitación varias veces, así como mantenimiento de la casa en varias ocasiones golpeando e incluso tratando de abrir la puerta a pesar de que anuncié que estaba en la habitación todavía. Fue poco después de las 24:00 y siguieron tratando de empujar hacia fuera. Extremadamente grosero todo el tiempo también.

Muito pobre e gestão profissional. Eu tinha pedido várias posições que tinham publicado, verificou o status para ver se minhas aplicações tinham visto, quando eu vi que eles tinham me ligou e estendeu a mão para um gerente, mas teve que deixar uma mensagem de voz, porque eles estavam a entrevistar. Eu deixá-los saber que eu estava muito interessado, e queria apenas verificar para ver se eles tinham enchido tudo. Eu nunca sequer recebi um telefonema ou e-mail de volta deles. Eu nunca vou ficar aqui / referindo amigos e familiares para Homewood ou Hilton.

Muy pobre y la gestión poco profesional. Yo había solicitado para múltiples posiciones que habían publicado, comprobado el estado para ver si habían visto mis aplicaciones, cuando vieron que tenían que se llama y llegado a un gerente, pero tuvo que dejar un correo de voz, ya que estaban entrevistando actualmente. Les hice saber que yo estaba muy interesado, y querían simplemente comprobar para ver si se habían llenado todo. Ni siquiera recibí una llamada telefónica o correo electrónico de vuelta de ellos. Nunca voy a quedar aquí / refiere a amigos y familiares o Homewood Hilton.

Very poor and unprofessional management. I had applied for multiple positions that they had posted, checked the status to see if my applications had been viewed, when I saw that they had I called and reached out to a manager but had to leave a voicemail because they were currently interviewing. I let them know that I was very interested, and wanted to just check to see if they had filled everything. I never even received a phone call or email back from them. I will never be staying here/referring friends and family to Homewood or Hilton.

Disappointed in the staff at this location. I asked for a late checkout at the front desk and they did offer me 1pm which was fine. Being a diamond member, and one of very few in the hotel on a weekday, I figured I would be able to get something later but I just needed to wrap up a few morning work calls and then be out. The front desk then continued to call my room multiple times, as well as house keeping repeatedly knocking and even trying to open the door even though I announced I was in the room still. It was a little after 12pm and they kept trying to push me out. Extremely rude the entire time too.

El personal hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. ¡Simplemente no podría haber sido mejor! My friend and I took our grandkids there for a night out! We had such a wonderful time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! It just could not have been any better! From making the reservation to checking in, to the room accommodations as well as the pool and hot tub, the breakfast service and the food, everything was just a remarkable experience! Não fiquei impressionado, não tem café da manhã continental e os 10,95 uma pessoa é basicamente o café da manhã que você receberia. O colchão era péssimo e pobre para alguém que gosta que o ventilador sopre neles à noite. Eu preferia ficar em um best western, nunca tive esse tipo de problema. Além disso, o telefone no 229 não desliga, você deve desconectar o telefone para que ele se desconecte. Por ser um Hilton, não fiquei impressionado, fiquei em double trees e foi muito melhor. O lado positivo é muito limpo! Aparência muito impressionante! Arquitetonicamente falando, é lindo!

No me impresionó, no tiene desayuno continental y el 10,95 por persona es básicamente el desayuno que te dan. El colchón era muy pobre en la distribución de la habitación para alguien a quien le gusta que el ventilador lo sople por la noche. Preferiría quedarme en un Best Western, nunca había tenido este tipo de problema. Además, el teléfono en 229 no cuelga, tienes que desenchufar el teléfono para que se desconecte. Para ser un Hilton no me impresionó, me he alojado en Double Trees y fue mucho mejor. El lado positivo es muy limpio. ¡Aspecto muy impresionante! ¡Arquitectónicamente hablando, es precioso!

Was not impressed , does not have continental breakfast and the 10.95 a person is basically the breakfast you would get. The mattress was awful poor lay out of the room for someone who like the fan to blow on them at night. I would much rather stay at a best western , never had had this kind of issue. Also the phone in 229 does not hang up you have to unplug the phone for it to disconnect. For being a Hilton I wasn’t impressed , I have stayed at double trees & it was way better. Positive side it is very clean ! Very stunning appearance ! Architecturally speaking it’s gorgeous!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia neste Hilton. Nosso quarto era muito limpo, a equipe foi incrível e os locais nos adequaram perfeitamente. We had a great stay at this Hilton. Our room was very cleanly, the staff was awesome, and the locations suited us perfectly. My complaint is with their breakfast option, at $10 it was pretty spendy for what was offered and it was service only so a tip was necessary.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Business management. I am on day 3 of trying to resolve a double charge from this company with zero contact from management after multiple requests and zero resolution. Looks like I will have to dispute the charges on my credit card to get properly reimbursed. I don't understand why they would want to make me do all the leg work for their mistake when it could have been an easy fix. I have stayed at the Hilton in Eagle several times in the past but after this experience and the fact that the prices have sored in the past couple years (almost $600 for 2 nights now) I can't see me giving them my money when there are so many other companies that appreciate and value their customers.

Belo hotel, acomodações super limpas e confortáveis com uma equipe muito simpática e prestativa. Um pouco decepcionado com as bicicletas que foram oferecidas para locação. Elas são motos de uma velocidade como esperado, mas pareciam velhas e baratas, e tinham pneus um pouco insuflados. O papel higiênico poderia ser mais macio. E garrafas pequenas de água de US $ 5 na despensa do hotel eram um pouco exageradas. Geralmente, uma estadia excelente em tudo.

We go here every year for the races. This year the hotel has an issue with its power and was out until 10:40pm.The staff asked if we wanted them to find us a different hotel. We stayed and they made good in our costs for our stay. Great service without asking.

Beautiful hotel, super clean, and comfy accommodations with a very friendly, helpful staff.A little disappointed with the bikes that were offered for rental.They are one-speed bikes as expected, but they appeared old and cheap, and had somewhat underinflated tires.Bathroom tissue could be softer.And $5 small bottles of water at the hotel pantry was a bit gouge-y.Generally, a terrific stay all in all.

O local era maravilhoso, de fácil acesso a restaurantes e comodidades e ao longo do caminho do rio. As instalações foram extremamente bem cuidadas e com um design encantador. The location was wonderful, easy access to restaurants and amenities and right along the river path. The facilities were extremely well cared for and lovely design. The room was very efficiently designed and stylish, although typical of most hotels the HVAC unit was very noisy. Staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this to anyone!
