This hotel and customer service was out of this world. The hotel was beautiful and the people customer service was too. Breakfast was amazing and the sleep there was pleasant. Great hospitality 😊

Loved it.Nice and Quiet. Breakfast is served in the AM, a full breakfast. Employee's are friendly and ready to help you. I will be coming back.

I wi give this rating a 4 based on one reason only, and that reason is the manager on duty sunday evening. I believe her name is Ms. Duncan, and she really has a wonderful grasp on customer satisfaction. During these challenging times in the hospitality business, Ms. Duncan truly understands that sometimes the customer is right. She proved this several times while I was there. She handled the elevator situation and customer complaints with the utmost professionalism. Way to go!

Llegué al hotel y me registré, no había jabón en mi habitación inicial. Llamé y la recepción me hizo venir a buscarlo (no es un gran problema). Mientras salía de mi habitación, la puerta no se cerraba por completo y se bloqueaba, así que le avisé a la señora de la recepción y ella dijo que tendría que subir, bien. Ao sair do meu quarto, a porta não fechava completamente e trancava, então avisei a senhora da recepção e ela afirmou que precisaria subir, tudo bem. Esperei por 20 minutos antes de voltar para baixo hoje algo novamente sobre a porta. Ela aparece e vê que não vai trancar e continua abrindo. Ela bate a porta várias vezes de ambos os lados na tentativa de me manter naquele quarto, mas eu recusei. Got to the hotel and checked in, there was no soap in my initial room. I called down and the front desk had me come to get it (not a big deal). While leaving my room the door would not close all the way and lock, so I let the lady at the front desk know and she stated she would need to come up, fine. I waited for 20 minutes before going back down today something again about the door. She comes up and sees it won’t lock and keeps popping open. She slams the door several times from both sides the attempts to keep me in that room but I refused. She finally gives me another room and there was no soap in that room either… praying no more issues tonight

Checked into the Hilton Garden Inn. Due to a house fire we can't stay in our home untill repairs are done. This was the worst service ever. My daughters blue tooth speaker was left in room. Went back to get it 2 hour after check out. No one had seen the speaker. Then they charged my card 575 dollars , 10 days after I checked out. Front desk clerk and GM there were totally rude, disrespectful and not concerned about it all. GM said she could charge card as need. "What really". Even 10 days after check out. Didn't call or email to say I was being charged. and both contacts were on file. GM took upon her self to charge my card. After I told the front desk not to charge my card anymore and take it off your files. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. YOU MAY HAVE YOUR MONEY TAKEN. Worst Hotel ever.

The breakfast was very good, food and staff. The room was very dated and the bathtub faucet leaked. It received only 3 stars because of the high price ($225 for 1 night, including breakfast) for a run down room. The lobby and restaurant have been updated though.

Hotel is very accommodating. If you need anything just ask. I got a few more pillows so I could sleep comfortably and breakfast was amazing. You sit down and they bring everything you want to you. They have a menu so you can tell them what they want. I got a omlett with everything very delicious. This hotel gives you a voucher that makes breakfast free no extra charge.
