Avoid at all times! This is one of the worst hotel I’ve seen. The management has been insisting that the room was clean, even though there was a clear smell of tobacco products. They have refused to provide another room - that’s particularly the weirdest part - I still can not understand. Luckily the other Sonesta is great and somehow cheaper!

O pessoal de limpeza é horrível e isso está sendo gentil! Quando meu filho se mudou, encontraram uma gaveta cheia de lenços de papel usados, balcões pegajosos quando reclamaram para a gerência, nada foi feito! Quando ele disse que queria recusar as tarefas domésticas, a pessoa com quem falou disse que faria uma anotação, mas mais tarde foi informado que era obrigatório uma vez por semana, ele reorganizou sua programação para estar lá e combinou um horário a partir de agora eles têm mais de 21 anos / 2 horas de atraso e agora dizem que cobram pelo cachorro ESA, que eu nunca ouvi falar em lugar nenhum, pois eles têm uma nota do terapeuta dela !!!!! Ao preço idiota que é cerca de US $ 3000 por mês e com a equipe de limpeza, eu sugiro que qualquer pessoa que pense em ficar aqui procure outro lugar !!! Definitivamente não vale o dinheiro !!!!!

El personal de limpieza es horrible y eso es muy amable. Cuando mi hijo se mudó, encontraron un cajón lleno de Kleenex usados, mostradores pegajosos cuando se quejaron con la administración ¡no se hizo nada! Cuando les dijo que quería rechazar el servicio de limpieza, la persona con la que habló dijo que haría una nota y luego le dijeron que era obligatorio una vez a la semana, reorganizó su horario para estar allí y concertar una hora a partir de ahora que tengan más de 21 años / ¡¡¡2 horas tarde y ahora dicen que cobran por su perro de la ESA, de lo que nunca he oído hablar en ningún lado, ya que tienen una nota de su terapeuta! Al precio idiota que es alrededor de $ 3000 al mes y con el personal de limpieza, sugeriría que cualquiera que esté pensando en quedarse aquí busque en otro lado. ¡¡¡¡¡Definitivamente no vale la pena el dinero!!!!!

The housekeeping staff are horrible and that’s being kind! When my son moved in they found a drawer full of used Kleenex, sticky counters when they complained to management nothing was done! When he told them he wanted to decline housekeeping the person he spoke to said he’d make a note then later was told it was mandatory once a week he rearranged his schedule to be there n arranged a time as of now they are over 21/2 hours late and now say they charge for their ESA dog which I have never heard of anywhere as they have a note from her therapist!!!!! At the idiotic price which is about $3000 a month and with the housekeeping staff I’d suggest anyone thinking of staying here look elsewhere!!! Definitely not worth the money!!!!!

Muito triste descobrir que não é mais a madeira de velas tinha uma boa equipe agora tudo o que se foi apenas venha fazer o check-in e vá muito bem local para as férias tho e precisa de renovação mal

Eu gostava de ter uma pequena cozinha no meu quarto, mas, os pratos tinham sobras de comida que eram nojentos, as taxas incidentais eram de $ 100 dólares, o que é razoável, mas, quando eu precisava de toalhas, me disseram que eu tinha que trazer as usadas escada abaixo e ela pode me dar mais. Não é meu trabalho trazer toalhas como se a manutenção da casa não fosse paga por isso. Ela se recusou a me dar toalhas a menos que eu o fizesse e disse que era porque ela era a única ali. -_- é normal eu nunca experimentei isso. Descendo para pegar toalhas, talvez, mas, tendo que trazer as velhas escada abaixo para as novas ou não consigo pegar uma nova ?? Nunca . Isso é normal ?? Inciden Neverr - para pagar $ 200 no total por noite, eu esperava um serviço melhor.

I've hospedado várias vezes aqui, mas a última vez não foi 5 estrelas. O quarto veio com meio rolo de papel higiênico usado que acabou no meio da noite e não havia nenhum extra, teve que usar lenços de papel. A cama parecia menor do que uma rainha, talvez uma completa, não tenho certeza, mas tinha apenas 2 lençóis, lembre-se que ainda está um pouco frio à noite, então um edredom seria o ideal. Não tenho certeza do que aconteceu, talvez fosse dia de lavar roupa ?. Mas, de qualquer maneira, vou dar outra chance. Eu estava fazendo um upgrade devido a um problema de excesso de reserva com um estúdio, então isso foi legal, mas não realmente se fizesse sentido. Lol

É um belo edifício e a decoração é incrível, as camas são confortáveis e parece que as molas são feitas de penas, usam lençóis de 300 fios e os quartos são decorados com pratos de talheres, como xícaras caçarola potes panelas etc. Os banheiros são quase do mesmo tamanho de um banheiro em uma casa de um andar que é meio compacta, mas não é muito agrupada, a unidade de ar condicionado funciona muito bem e apesar de ser enviada para um quarto ocupado por engano, a única preocupação que eu teria para este negócio é a quantidade de cheques no escrivão e a velocidade com que eles operam. No entanto, eles compensam isso no serviço, então é um tipo de negócio de qualidade ou tempo. O preço é um pouco alto na minha opinião, mas no geral não posso dizer que não vale a pena, mas isso é mais uma vez em um estabelecimento de tipo lua azul. Em suma, se você puder e estiver disposto a pagar 167, a menos que tenha triplo A, então ganhe 20-40 dólares e adicione um depósito de 100 que será devolvido no check-out, eu recomendo este lugar se você simplesmente não quiser ter que trazer seus próprios pratos ou sair para comer. Isso é como um lar longe de casa, tipo de lugar que eu curto 😀😁🙂

Local muito acolhedor, com lavandaria grátis e um bom ginásio. Eles têm aluguel de filmes / jogos para ganhar nessa sala também. Aceita animais de estimação, mas com uma taxa adicional para animais de estimação de US $ 75 por 6 dias ou menos, sobe para US $ 150 após o dia 7. Os quartos têm cozinhas equipadas e uma mesa - alguns quartos têm mesas um pouco maiores, então é ótimo compartilhar espaço se duas pessoas precisarem trabalhar / jogar / estudar ao mesmo tempo. Há também um único churrasco no estacionamento para o caso de a cozinha não ser suficiente. No geral, super satisfeito com a nossa estadia! Até mesmo as governantas e trabalhadores manuais foram super simpáticos e amáveis. Provavelmente estaremos de volta em breve.

Lugar muy acogedor, con lavandería gratuita y un bonito gimnasio. Tienen alquiler de películas / juegos en juego en esa habitación también. Admite mascotas, pero con una tarifa por mascota adicional de $ 75 por 6 días o menos, luego sube a $ 150 después del día 7. Las habitaciones tienen cocinas básicas y un escritorio; algunas habitaciones tienen escritorios que son un poco más grandes, por lo que es ideal para compartir espacio si dos personas necesitan trabajar / jugar / estudiar al mismo tiempo. También hay una sola barbacoa en el estacionamiento en caso de que la cocina no sea suficiente. En general, ¡super satisfecho con nuestra estadía! Incluso las amas de llaves y personal de mantenimiento fueron super amables y serviciales. Probablemente volvamos pronto.

I've stayed numerous times here but this last time it was not 5star. The room came with half used toilet paper roll tht ran out in the middle of the night and there was no extra, had to use Kleenex. The bed seemed smaller than a queen maybe a full, not sure but it only had 2 bed sheets, mind you it's still a little chilly at night, so a comforter would of been ideal. Not sure what happen maybe it was laundry day?. But anyway I'll give it another chance. I was upgrade due to an over booking issue with a studio so that was cool but not really if tht make sense. Lol

It's a beautiful building and the decor looks amazing, the beds are comfy and feels like the springs are made of feathers they use 300 thread count sheets and the rooms come decked out with silverware dishes such as cups casserole dish pots pans ect. The bathrooms about the same size as a bathroom in a single story house that's kinda compact but it's not too clustered the AC unit is pimpin works really well and all in all despite getting sent to an occupied room by mistake the only concern I'd have for this business is the amount of check in clerk's and the speed of which they operate. However they make up for it in service so it's a quality or time sort of deal. Price is a little bit high in my opinion but overall I can't say it's not worth it but this is more of a every once in a blue moon type establishment. All in all if you are able and willing to pay 167 unless you have triple A then knock off 20-40 bucks and add a deposit of 100 that gets returned upon check out I'd highly recommend this place if you just don't want to have to bring your own dishes or go eat out. This is like a home away from home type place I dig it 😀😁🙂

Very accommodating place, with free laundry and a nice gym. They have movie/game rentals up for grabs in that room too. It's pet friendly but with an added pet fee of $75 for 6 days or less, then it jumps up to $150 after day 7. The rooms have stocked kitchenettes and a desk - some rooms have desks that are a little bigger, so it's great for sharing space if two people need to work/game/study at the same time. There's also a single BBQ out in the parking lot just in case the kitchenette isn't enough. Overall, super satisfied with our stay! Even the housekeepers and handymen were super friendly and accomodating. We'll likely be back soon.

I enjoyed having a little kitchen in my room but, the dishes had food left over on them that was gross, the incidental fees were $100 bucks which is feel but, when I needed towels I was told I have to bring the used ones down stairs and she can give me more . That's not my jobs to bring towels down as if house keeping doesn't get paid for that. She refused to give me towels unless I did so and said it's because she was the only one there . -_- is that normal I've never experienced that . Coming down to get towels maybe but, having to bring the old ones down stair for the new ones or I can't- get a fresh one?? Never . Is that normal?? Inciden Neverr -- to pay $200 total a night I expected better service .

Excelente equipe da recepção. Eles são atenciosos, profissionais e atendem às suas necessidades. A segurança é super legal e precisa. Eles fazem seu trabalho e policiam o estacionamento e o prédio. Torna a sua estadia mais relaxante, sem ter de se preocupar com danos, arrombamento ou roubo do seu carro. O quarto era muito limpo, a cama é muito confortável. A cozinha compacta é grande, com micro-ondas, geladeira grande e fogão para cozinhar. A roupa também é gratuita aqui. Muito mais que eu poderia mencionar. Recomendo vivamente que fiquem aqui, mesmo que seja alguns dólares a mais.

Gran personal de recepción. Son atentos, profesionales y satisfacen sus necesidades. La seguridad es super agradable y puntual. Hacen su trabajo y vigilan el estacionamiento y el edificio. Hace que su estadía sea más relajante sin tener que preocuparse de que su automóvil se dañe, se rompa o se lo roben. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama es muy cómoda. La zona de cocina es una gran ventaja con un microondas, una nevera grande y una estufa para cocinar. La lavandería es gratis aquí también. Mucho más que podría mencionar. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí, incluso si cuesta unos dólares más.

Great front desk staff. They are attentive, professional and get your needs met. Security is super nice and on point. They do their job and police the parking lot and building. It makes for a more relaxing stay not having to worry about your car getting damaged, broken into or stolen. The room was very clean, bed is really comfortable. Kitchenette is s big plus with a microwave, full size fridge and stove top to cook on. Laundry is free here too. Lots more I could mention. Highly recommend staying here even if it's a few bucks more.

El servicio del front desk es bueno el problema es la gente que se queda en el. Escuchaba todo el tiempo las peleas de la pareja de la habitación de al lado, no podía llegar tarde porque siempre había gente tomando alcohol afuera. Si llegas de Disney tarde te miraban que tenías que entrar más o menos corriendo, no podías llevar bolsas compras... Después había un coche que se estacionaba con un señor a dormir en la parte de atrás del estacionamiento... No hay seguridad en el estacionamiento. A las noches veía desde mi ventana como salían a comprar alcohol y lo entraban por la parte de atrás y sino estaban en la parrilla todo el tiempo tomando. Pedí un abrelatas y nunca me lo trajeron. La housekeeping joven no son muy de fiar. Me quedé veces anteriores siempre fue buena mi estadía pero en este último tiempo cambio para mal.
