“Really awesome deal for the price. Staff was friendly and the room had a cute kitchenette and a really comfy bed. My only complaint is that people kept hanging out right in front of the building smoking and being super loud ALL NIGHT. It kind of sucks when your room is right there. I just wish the staff would ask people to go smoke somewhere else. It’s hard to sleep when you hear people yelling all night. But other than that, this is such a value.”

“The customer service at this location is great and the people who work here are all so nice. Booked an extended stay. The sales manager (Jason) was very helpful in assisting me with a special rate for the extended stay. He was also very accommodating when I checked out early due to finding a place closer to my new place of employment. Called ahead and was allowed and early check-in. I did have to switch my room a few times soon after arriving (not so much due to the rooms but more for my preference since I would be staying a while, and once due to a leaking sink). One of the customer service agents (David) was very helpful on this night and was able to get me into a comfortable room. Noel also helped me one night when my toaster wasnt working. Rooms were well put together, but I could tell some of the rooms I was put in hadn’t been used in a while due to the dust buildup/carpet could’ve been better vacuumed/ dead bugs on windowsill. I can also say that not everything in each room I was placed in worked (one room toaster not working, next room a few outlets and microwave light not working, next room tub plug broken). Place just needs some updating. This is a simpler hotel, nothing extravagant, but they do have free laundry, free parking and a small exercise room. For the longer stays the rooms are also equip with 2 burner stovetop (no oven), some essential dishes/pots/pans, and they also have cooking equipment that can be checked out/ borrowed if needed. Rooms fairly sized. 20 minute drive from Baltimore but there are a bunch of close restaurants and the highway is nearby to get you to shopping areas. Wouldn't stay here if you dont have/rent a car as this location would require at least a short drive to get to anything major. This was my first time attempting to do an extended stay in a hotel. While extended stay is not for me this place is fine for a shorter stay and maybe extended if you dont mind being in a hotel room for that long. Customer service great here, they’ll work hard to make you comfortable.”
