“Great amenities and customer service. Very comfortable room. Good location in Glasgow with a quick walk to Argyle Street. Had everything I expected in a hotel. The only issue we ran into was that our room key was de-activated a day earlier than our reservation ended, so we needed to return to the lobby for the help. The people at the desk were very accommodating and quick to fix it, so that was great.”

“Love this hotel. The staff are amazing and the amenities are fabulous! They are doing some renovation work. Some one was operating a saw right next to our room but I slept through most of it anyway.”
