“Excelente ubicación, preciosas instalaciones e infraestructura de primer nivel, excelente personal y atenciones, buenas camas, buena potencia de aire acondicionado pero un poco ruidoso, lo malo y que es muy importante es la seguridad y control en los accesos al hotel, ya que tiene además de la entrada principal por coneccticut avenue tiene entradas laterales en las cuales no hay ningún guardia y las puertas no requieren presentar tarjeta de apertura o código, por lo cual puede subir cualquier persona a cualquier piso del hotel poniendo en riesgo la seguridad de los huéspedes.”

“El hotel está fantástico, lo primero es la ubicación está muy cerca del Mall con lo cual puedes acceder a todos los lugares de interés de Washington muy rápido, lo segundo es la atención es excelente tratan de entenderte y atenderte muy amables todos. Y por último lo mejor las habitaciones son enormes y todo con un gusto excelente, tiene todos los detalles.”
