“Best visited place to date and I hope to repeat this visit.
A level of Security is indiscreetly present which makes one feel safe.
People in the resort are amazingly hard working and very accommodating going out of their normal way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
There are many restaurants on site and we discovered that the high quality of the food in the buffet was of equal to that of the resort restaurants.
The wines served were excellent and with plentiful servings.
Beaches and pools are clean and beautiful.
Landscaping is well maintained.
Rooms are very spacious and very clean.
While I'm still in the resort at this time of Thursday February 10, 2022, further details with pictures will follow.”

“It is in desperate need of a renovation (dated) - there are nicer properties within a close proximity for the same value of money. I have been to Esmeralda 10 times (staff are great) unfortunately I will put off going back until it has been renovated. Ambar is a better option if you do not have children otherwise pay a bit more and go to Fantasia.”
