“The access cards into rooms failed on numerous occasions. So we had to go back to the front desk form the 8th floor. We asked to repair the AC units in both rooms several times. It took till the next day after going to the front desk and complain. The customer service was a complete negative at this hotel. We spent money on rooms and still my friend had to go to another hotel for one night until straighten out. Dcor. They refused to let my friend staying in the room to bring his girlfriend in. so he had to get another room till the next day till I took care.”
