Hotel com excelente localização, talvez o melhor ponto positivo deste hotel, próximo da praia e restaurantes.. Quarto amplo, arejado e limpo. O sinal de internet nos quarto é ótimo, uma vez que dispoes de repetidores wireless em cada quarto. Funcionários simpáticos. Ponto negativo é que não possui elevadores. Café da manhã não dispõe de muitas variedades, sendo bem fraco.

Bonito hotel en la quinta avenida, excelente ubicación y con una agradable decoración mexicana (limpio). En unas ocasiones no tuve agua caliente en la regadera.

O hotel é ainda mais bonito do que as fotos online. A localização é excelente, muito central e fácil de caminhar. O jardim é lindo e tranquilo, os quartos são muito limpos e confortáveis. A equipe da recepção foi adorável. Eles realmente dedicam seu tempo para me ajudar e me aconselhar sobre o que fazer e todas as melhores opções de restaurantes. Eu tive uma experiência muito boa ficar neste hotel e eu recomendo. Além disso, os gatos que frequentam o jardim são muito acolhedores e estão dispostos a serem acariciados.

The hotel is even more beautiful than the photos online. The location is great, very central and easy to walk. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are very clean and comfy. The team from reception was lovely. They really take the time to help me out, and gave me advices about things to do and all the best dining options. I had a really good experience staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it. Also, the cats attending the garden are very welcoming and willing to be petted.

Eu dou 4 estrelas, o hotel em si é muito confortável, pessoal muito amigável, a garçonete nos deixou um detalhe muito legal, que é muito apreciado, as instalações são muito boas e limpas, mas as 4 estrelas são pelo preço, honestamente e obviamente pela localização é caro, comparado a outros que talvez com as mesmas comodidades fossem mais baratos .. embora fosse a primeira vez e eu não soubesse dos custos, se eu voltaria.

Le doy 4 estrellas, el hotel en si es muy cómodo, personal muy amable, la camarera nos dejó un detalle muy bonito,que se agradece enormemente,las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias, pero las 4 estrellas es por el precio, honestamente y obviamente por la ubicación es caro, a comparación de otrosque quizá con las mismas comodidades estaba más baratos.. aunque fue la primera vez y no sabía de de los costos, si volvería a regresar.

Ótimo hotel! A equipe foi muito atenciosa e atendendo a todas as nossas necessidades. Nós estivemos aqui alguns dias e nos sentimos apaixonados por sua área ao ar livre (tão tranquila e tranquila). Não tive a chance de experimentar o café da manhã, pois foi cancelado devido à Pandemia, então não se preocupe em encomendá-lo no momento da reserva. 4 estrelas porque há uma discoteca muito barulhenta nas proximidades e estávamos ouvindo música até às 4 da manhã todos os dias - era difícil adormecer. Também durante a época do Natal, havia um cara tocando o mesmo jingle de Natal repetidamente, das 20h à meia-noite.

Um dos meus hotéis favoritos no México! Boa localização, 5min a pé da praia (ou menos 5min), adorei o seu resort e estilo interior antigo. Os funcionários do hotel são simpáticos e prestativos. Estou triste por não ter conseguido café da manhã por causa da pandemia, mas adorei o lugar do jardim (tem um gato fofo!). Fiz Landry por cerca de US $ 10. Eles também têm loja de souvenirs de bom gosto na entrada. Da próxima vez eu quero ficar no quarto com varanda!

One of my favorite hotel in Mexico! Good location, 5min walk to the beach(or less 5min), I loved their resort&antique interior style. The hotel staff is friendly and really helpful. I’m sad that I couldn’t get breakfast because of pandemic, but I loved the garden place(there’s cute cat!) I did Landry for around $10. They also have good taste souvenir shop on the entrance. Next time I wanna stay the room with balcony!

Great hotel! Staff was very attentive and catering to all our needs. We have stayed here a few days and felt in love with their outdoor area ( so peaceful and quiet ) . Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast as it was cancelled due to Pandemic,so don't bother ordering it on booking. 4 stars because there is a very loud night club nearby and we were listening to music till 4 am every day- was difficult to fall asleep. Also during Christmas time there was a guy playing same Christmas jingle over and over again from 8pm to midnight.
