The rooms were very clean each time we returned, even if we had tracked in sand the day before. The cleaning staff evening folded a washcloth in a way that it supported our toothbrushes to stand up. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The front counter staff was very attentive and willingly to help. We received excellent suggestions for beaches and how to reach them. Taxis arrived within just a few minutes. Even the other guests were kind to us. We felt very safe from any obnoxious partiers, also. We want to go back.

I stayed for two weeks, i feels like my home. They cleaned everyday. The room is very big. Special special the reception, the waitress ( Oscar) and housekeeper they are very professional and friendly. Parking, elevator, gym, pool, beauty salon, wifi, restaurant and the sport bar are very good. The only think is the TV in room is not smart TV. Doesn't have YouTube or cable and so... other that 99% worth to stay here. They don't have shuttle, but taxi is cost $35 us dollars to airport. taxi is very expensive in cancun. I rent a car which is $13 us dollars per day.

I booked this place 1h before arriving when our flight was canceled. It's 20min drive from the airport. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews. The service was impacable. The room was very big and clean. We ate at the restaurant the food was good. Loved the chicken soup. And ordered room service the next day. Didn't get to explore around but it's a convenient hotel The only downside the washroom sliding door is very hard to open.

The staff is the best! I was staying in the hotel for two weeks and I have never met a team who was this kind and helpful! Cesar, Pastor, Gerardo, Manuel, Sarai, Lily, Rubi, Silvia, Pedro, Alessandra, Sara, Eric, Claudio, Griselda... Really, everyone is so efficient and made me feel like at home! Thank you a million! Food is delicious and rooms are very comfortable! Totally recommended!

We needed an additional night in Cancun, and had never stayed downtown. After reading reviews, we decided to try the Four Points. It was a very lovely stay. The hotel was very clean, and very quiet. GILBERTO, at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. We had read that the breakfast was disappointing, but we found it quite the opposite. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! We would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely return. Thank you for continuing to uphold the quality of Marriott standards that we have come to expect, as many of the Marriott hotels have fallen way short of those expectations in recent times!!

This hotel is okay for a quick overnight transit stay, but I would never recommend someone stay here as part of their vacation. Pros: - Breakfast included in many of the rate options - The rooms are big in size - On-site restaurant - Easy to get to from the airport Cons: The rooms are showing major wear and tear and look pretty filthy, to be honest. The walls are covered in dents and scuff marks, there is water and moisture damage everywhere, the entire room just gave me this 'unclean' feeling. The photos on the site definitely don't show it, but once you're there it's quite unnerving. As someone who stays in hotels more than 50% of the year, this was one of the dirtiest rooms I've encountered in 2021. Yes, the price is generally around that $100 mark or even less, but really there are many hotels in the same price range that are better kept, cleaner, and just generally less battered.

I really love the service here. They welcomed us back with a special treat in the room and an upgrade. Everyone is so attentive. I really look forward to to my visits here. And the price can't be beat!

Great hotel near the airport. The restaurant has a big menu with some dishes you won't find that easily and the classics as well. If you need a shuttle to the airport is included but double check schedules to make sure you don't miss your flight. Front desk can order a cab for you justake sure they program it with time.

TRASH!!! Do not believe these reviews!! Just go ahead and spend the extra money for a resort!! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! This room is DIRTY!! I had to use shower shoes to shower tiles were nasty, sink had a slow drain! The restaurant was okay but I ordered a burger “WELL DONE” it arrived MEDIUM RARE asked what could be done could they fix it and was told “no we can’t remake it but I can give it to you 50% off” WOW was all I could say!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! A waste of money!!

I had the pleasure of staying a few nights at the Four Points Sheraton in Cancun. The biggest standout by far was the staff. Everyone I encountered was hospitable, kind, greeted me by name, and made sure I had everything I needed. Georgina and Sara were particularly helpful in making sure I had everything from taxis to beach club access. So special thanks to them. By the way, you do have access to the Marriott Cancun beach club while staying here which is quite nice. The hotel amenities, including The Eatery, are great. The rooftop pool is very nice. And you have stores, restaurants, and groceries within walking distance. The only issue here is that the rooms themselves are a bit outdated. They are clean and have all that you could need. But when they are updated, this hotel will check all boxes. I highly recommend staying here while in Cancun.

I didn't really expect much, but was shortly blown away by the food quality and service of the restaurants on the first floor. Rooms are clean and well maintained, Definitely staying here when I stop in Cancun again.

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff was friendly and fast. Service was exceptional. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the trip. It had a mix of American breakfast as well as Mexican traditional cuisine. Must try the green juice. I repeat must try the green juice. The pool was nice as well and the gym had decent amount of equipments. However it is away from the hotel Zone and south of the downtown area, so nothing is walkable, hotel will help you get a taxi. I highly recommend this place for those who want to get away from the touristy Zone.

The epitome of customer service, the staff at the front desk are extremely accommodating and friendly especially the younger gentleman (Jose) and the manager (Daniel). The rooms were modern and very comfortable with everything we needed including free WiFi, fridge, and an ice machine in the hall. The price was great value and included a buffet breakfast. There’s a swimming pool on the roof, a steam room, and a gym with two treadmills, elliptical machine, stationary bike, a bench, and a collection of dumbbells. I really recommend it this hotel, the spa is also very reasonably priced.
