Hotel muy bonito. Situado al margen del Río Thames. El edificio parece un antiguo astillero. El desayuno es espectacular. El personal muy amable. Muy bonitas vistas de día y de noche frente a Canary Wharf. Tienen servicio de ferry gratuito a Canary Wharf. Esta muy bien comunicado con el centro a través de Uber Boat. Tiene muchas terrazas y muy bien acondicionadas con calefactores y sofás. Volvería sin duda. Lo único “malo”: no tenían adaptadores para enchufe europeo (aunque pude cargar el móvil en el enchufe de afeitadora del baño)

Arrived and immediately got upgraded to a great room with a balcony. Could park on site. Views of river and London are fantastic along with a great restaurant and bar. Really good hotel and well located for Canary Wharf without paying Canary Wharf prices. Room was great, very modern, clean, and tidy. Comfortable bed, and if your lucky a balcony with views along the Thames. The carpets were a little tired looking with a few stains, but nothing to warrant taking a star off. Food in the restaurant was excellent, both on an evening and at breakfast. The staff really friendly and helpful. Complementary ferry service to Canary Wharf was a pleasant surprise.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Lovely reception area and very nice bar area too. Sat outside in the sun on our first day which had a lovely seating area too. Very nice staff . Special mention to Mohammed at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel very welcome.Room was fine. Nothing special but clean with a comfy bed. Would stay again.

A neat little hotel situated in East London, right opposite Canary Wharf with free ferry services if you're a hotel guest. All the basic amenities were provided, check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were clean and well kept, except maybe the age of the property is starting to show. In-room service was also efficient. Breakfast buffet spread was also quite decent. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will stay again if I'm in the area.

I booked this by mistake as I was looking for a hotel close to Canary Wharf, but I was glad I did. I got a better experience than I would have on the other side of the river at a more affordable price. I had my dinner in the hotel and it was good, with a spectacular view across the Thames of the tall buildings lit up by the setting sun. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was good too. Getting to the room was a little strange, with an 80's vibe to the architecture.

Not that they ever look at their 1 star reviews & only reply to the good ones, but here goes nothing. We booked a room with this hotel, based off the amazing photos of both third party websites & their own. The room looked like it had a fabulous view and a balcony out. Little did we know, these photos are NOT the actual standard of the room. When we checked in we were excited to confirm the details of our booking, only to be told that isn't what we had booked and that it still looked over the Thames. Understandably, we were quite upset and asked for clarification as we had spent quite a lot per night for the junior suite, only to be told "it doesn't say balcony in the description, does it" the lady behind the counter did offer to change our room the next day once something became available. The bed in the room was explained as a large double bed, I wouldn't say there's much truth to that statement either. The shower had absolutely no water pressure whatsoever, I've had more pleasant camp showers with hotter water. We went down the next morning to reconfirm what we needed to do in order to have our room changed. They had absolutely no record of anything and we were practically told too bad. We could come back again later but there's nothing they can do. Overall, the general presentation of a "4 star" hotel was dismal, sure the lobby was nice but the corridors were in desperate need of a paint job, the floors all creaked horrendously in our room, there were signs to say no house keeping unless requested to help the environment but this isn't adhered to either. Dinner at their restaurant is sub par, minimal drinks choices at the bar as well. Breakfast buffet is fine, if you like no one cleaning tables, food everywhere and a complete lack of cleanliness. Please, choose to stay at this hotel if you like to be stranded in the middle of no where with outrageous false advertising. 5 Star hotel price with a Motel feel.

The Hotel is Located on the southbank of the Thames opposite Canary Wharf and is accessible by both ferry and public transport. There is a free ferry from Canary Wharf directly to the hotels own dock, The staff at the Hotel are friendly and certainly go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Our stay was for a birthday celebration. I was given the most beautiful room with wonderful view of the river, it was well equipped with bath, shower, coffee machine, and on the hottest day in London the most efficient A/C as the outside temperature reached 40% was vital. The breakfast was an excellent buffet, with a chef to prepare omelettes etc. The staff in the bar and restaurant were most helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel has various comfortable lounges and riverside tables both with bar service. I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

O quarto e o café da manhã é bom, porém tive uma experiência ruim no hotel. Primeiro que não tem ninguém pra ajudar a levar as malas, e só tem 1 carrinho pra levar as malas, sendo que não conseguimos usar pois outro hóspede estava usando. O aquecedor não tava funcionado, tiveram que levar um aquecedor pequeno. Tem que solicitar 24 horas antes pra limpar o quarto, sendo que solicitei e ninguém foi, tinha que ficar descendo pra pedir toalha, pois ninguém atende na recepção, o quarto ficou cheio de toalha suja e cheio de lixo. A faxineira um dia abriu a porta com tudo sem bater na porta, falando que solicitei pra abrir o sofá-cama, sendo que solicitei momento algum. Achei o hotel distante do metrô e das principais atrações.

El hotel está bien, sobre todo si ya conoces Londres porque está en una ubicación peculiar. En frente de la City de Londres. Si ya conoces la ciudad genial porque te permite ver zonas poco turísticas pero si vienes para conocer Londres no es recomendable, muy lejos del centro. Para llegar al centro tienes que coger un barquito, caminar una rato hasta el metro y luego un buen rato en la jubilee line.

El hotel aunque alejado del centro tiene multitud de combinaciones con transporte público. Incluido un Ferry gratuito que cruza el río. Aunque necesita una actualización, está todo correcto y limpio. El personal muy bien.

Restaurante de 4 estrellas en Londres. No está muy en el centro de la ciudad, pero se encuentra al lado del río Támesis en la zona más empresarial. Con el check in te dan una galleta de bienvenida.No me gusta que no haya interruptores al lado de la cama, porque no puedes ver la hora cuando estas en la cama. El desayuno es una locura, tienen de todo y esta super rico. Muy recomendable.

Habitaciones no muy grandes, algunas con bonitas vistas al Tamesis. Servicio gratuito de ferry para cruzar el rio y acceder a las estaciones de metro.Muy buen y variado desayuno. Situado en zona muy tranquila y no muy bien comunicada.

Es un buen hotel, es muy tranquilo y ofrecen el servicio del ferry sin costo alguno. Cruzado el río puedes rentar bicicleta 24 por £2. Sin duda muy recomendable

Magnifica localización en Canary Warf, se llega cruzando el Tamesis en un barquito/bus gratuito. Hay algún detallito de falta de renovación y las habitaciones no son muy grandes. Buen servicio, típico de Hilton. Buenas vistas. Desayuno superior.
